Quick Info: Younger sister by several centuries of Deronn Silent Hawk. Life mate of Ehrandar Dawngreeter. Tolerates other Ailliance races with amusement. Detests Forsaken & Blood Elves send her into a fury.
Personality[]
She's very laid back and mellow for a Night Elf. Not too formal and while she has high respect for her people's traditions, she doesn't expect the same from the other races. She actually sort of expects them to be boorish and rude. And it's amusing to watch. It'd be more amusing if she didn't know she was going to age right along with them now. She's a warrior by default, knowing her people will be losing the natural commune with animals or the land, and realizing that hugging trees wasn't going to help them survive. Which may be why her brother Deronn, every inch the tree-hugging druid, finds her so difficult to understand at times. She's a realist in most things and more then a tad cynical.
History[]
Kylinara is by no means ancient, as many of her peers, but she's seen several centuries and the recent conflicts have turned what was once a peaceful heart into a jaded one. She was a Sentinel for many centuries, honed in the art of defense and honor. When the Orcs came and her homeland was torn asunder again by Legion, she realized that not everyone fights fair and she was forced outside of her role to learn new means of fighting, new ways of defending herself. She has embraced the Alliance whole-heartedly and in the last few months since the portal has re-opened, she has wondered whether or not the lose of the Orcs and the Trolls as allies was a wise decision. In the end, however, she is just another foot soldier and she takes her orders and marches forth. It's when she's out of the plate that the true Kaledori emerges.
Nightshard breeds sabers as her "hobby". Her primary breeding pair are her two regular mounts. George and Fred (Fred's a girl.) George's name is actually "Shadow of the Moon in Twilight" and Fred is "Sunlight on the Snow at Dawn" She has taken one of their offspirng as her new mount, "Mist Swirling on the Meadow", aka Molly. The excellent breeding lines have resulted in a very fast runner.
She has also recently acquired a white gryphon, named "Star in the Eye of Elune", but she just calls him Beaky.
