Notes about this character page[]

Biobox[]

To help make it easier to find the basic information about this character, a template is provided here if you'd like to use it. The Biobox automatically categorizes a character page and creates a basic biographical description box. This is intended to ease the process of writing the basic, "dry" character information and sorting it into the wiki, as well as establishing a standard character page appearance. This is just meant as a way of spreading the word to folks that wish to use the template but made their page before it existed or did not know how to use it.

Thunderfury[]

To claim to have 'THE Thunderfury' is one of the taboos of Roleplaying. Given the fact I have half of Thunderfury already and am working on using it as a runeblade later on, it'd be a bit of a spot to say there are two "THE Thunderfury" around. As such, the appropriate RP way would be to call it A Thunderfury, which implies there can be more. That way you can't deny other people the RP experience of having one.

Likewise is the taboo of saying one's own character killed <such and such Boss> or making character histories completely contradictory to our convoluted lore. But how are we to stop adult "half night-elf" characters from unnaturally spawning :(? --Nerit 03:00, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
While I cannot link the article right now, I know that the WoWWiki speaks of half-elven characters. I imagine most of those are high elf halfbreeds, but that does solidify that it's physically possible. For a night elf/human pairing to occur and produce a character that is an adult by the time of WoW would probably be extremely rare, however, but I wouldn't imagine it as impossible. From what I understand, night elves had been observing humans for thousands of years, and I imagine they crossed paths a time or two--rare, but possible, and a potentially interesting direction to explore. --Lilithia 15:43, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

The inherent problem with half-night elf is that Night elves have only been in contact with the Alliance and Horde for 7 years. While known about by such people as the High Elves (who no doubt told the Kirin Tor about them and the demons and whatnot), they have never been on cordial relations. Remember that lorewise the Night Elves were very violently protective and seclusive, based upon the Drow and Dark Elves of other genres. While they may have perchance stalked the -very- few humans who would come to Kalimdor (unlikely since Theramore is the only human settlement there and we know how expansionist the humans are), it's even more unlikely that they would approach these humans, not knowing their language, motives, or homeland. --Alak 07:57, 9 February 2009
